Delivery and pickup options are arranged after your order is confirmed. We offer local delivery within Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, and surrounding areas (fees apply), as well as scheduled pickup by appointment. All orders are custom-made with care. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery, and any defects must be reported within 30 minutes of receiving your order.
