Shipping & Pickup Policy

At Balloonistry, we specialize in custom, made-to-order balloon designs and gifts. Because each order is carefully prepared, delivery and pickup details are always coordinated directly with our customers.

Order Processing

All orders are prepared after purchase confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on the design and level of customization. Delivery or pickup details are confirmed directly with the customer once the order is placed.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery only to the following areas:

Kitchener
Waterloo
Cambridge
Guelph
Surrounding areas (depending on distance and availability)

Delivery is available during predefined time windows on weekdays or weekends, which are discussed and confirmed with the customer after the order is placed.

Delivery fees apply and are calculated based on location.
Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed outside the agreed delivery window.

Pickup Option

We also offer local pickup by appointment.

Pickup windows are available daily between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
Pickup details and timing are arranged directly with the customer after purchase confirmation

Important Notes

Delivery and pickup times are not automatic and must be confirmed with us.
We currently do not offer shipping outside our local service area.
Any changes to delivery or pickup arrangements must be communicated in advance.
