Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Balloonistry, all of our products are custom-made with care and attention to detail. Because of the personalized nature of our balloon designs, we kindly ask customers to review the following policy before placing an order.
Cancellations

All balloon orders must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery time.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund, as materials and preparation may have already begun.
Defects & Quality Concerns

Any balloon defects or issues must be reported within 30 minutes of receiving your order.

Claims made after this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Helium Balloon Behavior
Please note that helium balloons are sensitive to environmental conditions, including temperature, humidity, and changes in weather. These natural factors can affect balloon float time and appearance and are beyond our control.

Cooler temperatures may cause balloons to shrink temporarily.

Warmer temperatures may cause balloons to expand or pop.

For this reason, variations caused by weather conditions are not considered defects.
Product Handling & Responsibility
Once the product has been released to the customer (upon pickup or delivery), Balloonistry is no longer responsible for how the product is handled, transported, stored, or displayed.
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for damage caused by:

Improper handling

Environmental exposure

Accidental popping

Delayed use after pickup or delivery
Refunds & Replacements
Refunds or replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis only if:

The issue is reported within the required timeframe, and

The issue is determined to be a result of an error or defect on our part.
