• For best results, we recommend picking up your helium balloon on the same day as your event. Helium balloons are delicate and can lose float time overnight, which may affect their appearance the next day.

Delivery and pickup options are arranged after your order is confirmed. We offer local delivery within Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, and surrounding areas (fees apply), as well as scheduled pickup by appointment. All orders are custom-made with care. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery, and any defects must be reported within 30 minutes of receiving your order. Please note that helium balloons are sensitive to weather and handling, which is beyond our control.
